Si escuchamos bien a nuestro cuerpo podemos identificar estos d\u00edas sin problema. Sin embargo en la sociedad en la que vivimos solemos centrarnos m\u00e1s en contar las calor\u00edas que consumimos y seguir dietas pre-establecidas que en parar a escucharnos a nosotros mismos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por eso existe un d\u00eda especial (<strong>Ekadashi<\/strong>) en el que el principal cometido es abstenerse de comer para mantener nuestro cuerpo ligero, cosa que har\u00e1 que volcar nuestra atenci\u00f3n hacia el interior sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo hago yo mi ayuno o Ekadashi?<\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yo ayuno durante 36 horas, de tal modo que ceno ligero sobre las 18 el d\u00eda antes y mi siguiente comida ser\u00e1 el desayuno del d\u00eda posterior a <strong>Ekadashi<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hay que tener en cuenta que tambi\u00e9n practico ayuno intermitente de unos 14-16 horas diarias con lo cual mi organismo est\u00e1 bastante acostumbrado a esta din\u00e1mica.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personalmente, el d\u00eda de Ekadashi solo bebo agua pero hay quien se abstiene de l\u00edquidos y tambi\u00e9n personas que en estos d\u00edas tienen m\u00e1s que suficiente evitando comidas pesadas, procesadas, etc. Es todo muy personal y cada uno puede escoger el nivel de ingesta de alimentos y l\u00edquidos<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A mi me sienta genial, me siento ligera y con mucha energ\u00eda. Trabajo, <a href=\"https:\/\/yuliayogi.com\/en\/clases-yoga-online\/\">practico yoga<\/a>, etc. y apenas tengo hambre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h2>Inf\u00f3rmate para hacer tu ayuno<\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pr\u00e1ctica de ayuno puede ser muy intensa para nuestro cuerpo sobre todo si no estamos acostumbrados. Y en algunos casos, incluidos los de enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas de tracto digestivo, se debe consultar con el m\u00e9dico antes de implantar esta rutina.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son m\u00faltiples los <strong>beneficios del ayuno<\/strong> y pod\u00e9is encontrar muchos art\u00edculos en internet pero si nunca antes has hecho nada parecido, insisto consulta con tu m\u00e9dico o un <strong>nutricionista<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aqu\u00ed no animo a nadie a practicarlo simplemente comparto mi propia experiencia y enumero algunos de los beneficios que tiene.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h2>Beneficios del ayuno o Ekadashi<\/h2><p>Durante el d\u00eda de ayuno, el cuerpo entra en una especie de estado de reset y realiza ciertas actividades de reciclaje celular. Supongo que es casi como cuando vas a dormir y el cerebro tiene un proceso de reseteo y descanso.<\/p><p>Se le da tambi\u00e9n un respiro al cuerpo <strong>a nivel digestivo, <\/strong>puesto que todos los \u00f3rganos relacionados con este proceso descansan durante un d\u00eda entero.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s el ayuno ayuda e influye en la regulaci\u00f3n del az\u00facar en sangre, en la resistencia al estr\u00e9s y en la supresi\u00f3n de la inflamaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como en disminuir la presi\u00f3n arterial y la frecuencia cardiaca en reposo. Tambi\u00e9n ayuda a quemar grasa de manera natural y a ralentizar los procesos biol\u00f3gicos de envejecimiento.<\/p><p>Si nuestro cuerpo es una maquinita, la dejamos descansar a nivel digestivo durante todo un d\u00eda, tiene l\u00f3gica todo lo anterior, \u00bfno?<\/p><p>Los beneficios del ayuno acompa\u00f1ados de los <a href=\"https:\/\/yuliayogi.com\/en\/beneficios-yoga\/\">beneficios del Yoga<\/a> realmente son un buen t\u00e1ndem para tener una gran sonrisa en la cara.<\/p><h2>Otros beneficios del ayuno<\/h2><p>A parte de los beneficios f\u00edsicos, tambi\u00e9n es un d\u00eda perfecto para<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> evitar pensamientos nocivos y contactos con personas que te drenen la energ\u00eda. <\/span><\/p><p>Es una experiencia que proporciona paz, humildad y satisfacci\u00f3n.
