Muchas cosas ocurren all\u00ed a nivel anat\u00f3mico a la vez. Vamos a verlo paso a paso para construir la postura de manera segura, como lo hacemos en <a href=\"https:\/\/yuliayogi.com\/en\/clases-yoga-barcelona\/\">las clases<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h3>Paso a paso para hacer la postura de Marichysana D<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>1. Una de las piernas est\u00e1 en medio loto.<\/strong> Esta cadera rota externamente para poder llevar el pie a la ingle sin torcer el tobillo. Si no tienes la apertura necesaria en la cadera, intentar hacer esta postura puede repercutir en la rodilla. Por lo tanto s\u00ed a la hora de hacerlo sientes una sensaci\u00f3n desagradable en la rodilla o en el tobillo, necesitas dar un pasito hacia atr\u00e1s y preparar bien la cadera.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si practicas ashtanga tienes toda una serie de posturas antes de esta que te ayudan a trabajar hacia esta postura alargando los tejidos alrededor de la articulaci\u00f3n de la cadera. Si no, te recomiendo que vas a\u00f1adiendo a tu pr\u00e1ctica <a href=\"https:\/\/yuliayogi.com\/en\/category\/posturas-yoga\/\">posturas<\/a> como: Utthita Trikonasana, Parivrtta Trikonasana, Utthita Parsvakonasana, Ardha Baddha Padmottanasana, etc.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>2. La otra pierna est\u00e1 en flexi\u00f3n apoyada en el suelo,<\/strong> para entrelazar las manos detr\u00e1s de la espalda con mayor facilidad, mete la rodilla sutilmente hacia dentro antes de entrar en la torsi\u00f3n (aducci\u00f3n).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>3. Antes de entrar en la torsi\u00f3n &#8211; alarga, creando el espacio.<\/strong> En la foto puedes ver que la rodilla no est\u00e1 del todo bien encajada y esto har\u00e1 que el \u201cbind\u201d se siente inc\u00f3modo hasta que al final la rodilla saldr\u00e1 disparada. Para evitar esto inclina el torso hacia delante y encaja bien la rodilla detr\u00e1s de la axila antes de proceder y cuando lo tengas dobla el brazo para atar las manos detr\u00e1s.
