Y, \u00bfsab\u00edas que hacen un combo perfecto con cualquier <a href=\"https:\/\/yuliayogi.com\/en\/ayuno-ekadashi\/\">tratamiento detox<\/a>?\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h2>C\u00f3mo hacer torsiones en nuestra pr\u00e1ctica de yoga<\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Antes de entrar en torsi\u00f3n tenemos que alargar la columna para esto anclando los pies o los <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hueso_isquion\">isquiones<\/a> (los huesitos en los que nos sentamos) en el suelo, al mismo tiempo que alargamos a trav\u00e9s de la coronilla. Con cada inhalaci\u00f3n alargando un poquito m\u00e1s creando espacio a lo largo de la columna y con cada exhalaci\u00f3n profundizando en la torsi\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Muchas veces al buscar una torsi\u00f3n m\u00e1s profunda nos ayudamos con las manos (l\u00e9ase nos forzamos en una <a href=\"https:\/\/yuliayogi.com\/en\/category\/posturas-yoga\/\">posici\u00f3n<\/a> para la que no estamos preparados) y eso puede causar lesiones.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al entrar en torsi\u00f3n tenemos que tener muy presente <strong>la posici\u00f3n de nuestros \u00f3rganos<\/strong> para no crear un conflicto interno entre ellos y las capas m\u00e1s superficiales de nuestro cuerpo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Te propongo un sencillo ejercicio :<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cierra los ojos y trata de visualizar tus \u00f3rganos internos, respira en el est\u00f3mago, h\u00edgado, y el bazo buscando expandir e invit\u00e1ndolos suavemente en la torsi\u00f3n.
