As\u00ed que vamos a empezar por la t\u00e9cnica que podr\u00e9is encontrar en <a href=\"https:\/\/yuliayogi.com\/en\/clases-yoga-online\/\">una clase de yoga<\/a> con m\u00e1s frecuencia. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Antes de empezar me gustar\u00eda abrir par\u00e9ntesis y decir que<strong> lo realmente importante es que respires durante la pr\u00e1ctica en todo momento<\/strong>. Punto. Es decir, seas consciente de tu respiraci\u00f3n, y respires por la nariz porque es un \u00f3rgano que est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado precisamente para esto. Que no retengas la respiraci\u00f3n a no ser que esto sirva para alg\u00fan fin en concreto.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h2>Respiraci\u00f3n Ujjayi<\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Volviendo a la respiraci\u00f3n ujjayi. Es un pranayama muy f\u00e1cil de aprender que se caracteriza por un suave ruido que se produce al contraer los m\u00fasculos de la glotis. <strong>Cuando lo ense\u00f1o por primera vez<\/strong> en mis clases o en los <a href=\"https:\/\/yuliayogi.com\/en\/retiros-yoga\/\">retiros de yoga que hacemos durante el a\u00f1o<\/a>, pido a los alumnos que sacan el aire con la boca como si quisieran empa\u00f1ar un cristal y luego lo repiten con la boca cerrada. Esto es todo. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El problema empieza cuando tenemos que sintonizar la respiraci\u00f3n con el movimiento. Pero esto se soluciona poniendo el foco en la respiraci\u00f3n y prioriz\u00e1ndola por un tiempo ante el movimiento. Si lo haces as\u00ed ver\u00e1s que <strong>el acto de respirar en muy poco tiempo volver\u00e1 a ser autom\u00e1tico<\/strong> y podr\u00e1s volver a poner tu foco en la ejecuci\u00f3n de asanas.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beneficios del pranayama ujjayi<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hablemos de los beneficios de esta sencilla t\u00e9cnica:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al contraer los m\u00fasculos de la glotis se genera la resistencia que permite a entrenar los m\u00fasculos respiratorios e ir poco a poco aumentando la duraci\u00f3n del ciclo respiratorio lo que a su vez <strong>aumenta el volumen y la capacidad pulmonar<\/strong> que es una de las principales caracter\u00edsticas de una buena salud\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ayuda a frenar el sistema nervioso simp\u00e1tico y como consecuencia, <strong>disminuye la ansiedad<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Reduce la frecuencia card\u00edaca<\/strong> y mejora la resistencia\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Mejora el retorno venoso<\/strong> sobre todo en las asanas invertidas, incluidas <a href=\"https:\/\/yuliayogi.com\/en\/postura-del-perro-boca-abajo-o-adho-mukha-svanasana\/\">el perro boca abaj<\/a>o. Important\u00edsimo para las personas propensas a las varices\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s mientras respiramos de esta manera en la sangre <strong>se acumula di\u00f3xido de carbono<\/strong> lo que a su vez: <\/span><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Ayuda a reducir la tensi\u00f3n arterial debido a la expansi\u00f3n de los vasos sangu\u00edneos<\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Hace que la hemoglobina recoge mejor el ox\u00edgeno en los pulmones y lo cede en los tejidos<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y lo m\u00e1s importante para m\u00ed es que es <strong>un ancla perfecto<\/strong> y nos permite percatarnos de <a href=\"https:\/\/yuliayogi.com\/en\/mejora-atencion\/\">lo conectados que estamos<\/a> a lo largo de la pr\u00e1ctica y rastrear sobre-tensi\u00f3n\/esfuerzo.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfY como s\u00e9 que realizo bien la t\u00e9cnica\u00a0 ujjayi y que realmente me aporta todos estos beneficios?<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La idea es que salgamos de una pr\u00e1ctica con energ\u00eda renovada, sin embargo es frecuente que en vez de ser as\u00ed terminamos la clase fatigados. Esto es un claro indicador de que respiramos mal.
