No hay genialidad sin esfuerzo. En parte, la genialidad es, precisamente, la capacidad de esforzarse.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan \u00e9l, lo que permite alcanzar la maestr\u00eda \u2014la expertise\u2014 es la pr\u00e1ctica deliberada.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seguro que casi todos hab\u00e9is visto la pel\u00edcula <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sensacine.com\/peliculas\/pelicula-67\/\">Amadeus<\/a>, que cuenta la historia de Antonio Salieri quien sufre de haber nacido en la \u00e9poca de Mozart, un genio, seg\u00fan su punto de vista, poco disciplinado y un tanto vulgar. Salieri no puede soportar que Dios haya elegido a un ser que \u00e9l considera despreciable y no a \u00e9l como recept\u00e1culo de un don tan extraordinario.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es una historia muy bonita digna de una pel\u00edcula pero que poco tiene que ver con la realidad.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mozart, sin duda alguna, era un ni\u00f1o prodigio, que adem\u00e1s contaba con el apoyo incondicional de su padre, un reconocido compositor y pedagogo. En cuanto se dio cuenta de que su hijo ten\u00eda talento y sobre todo mucho inter\u00e9s por todo lo que ten\u00eda que ver con la m\u00fasica, le facilit\u00f3 todas las condiciones para que su capacidad floreciera. Pero nadie trabajaba m\u00e1s duro que Mozart; con 28 a\u00f1os ten\u00eda las manos completamente deformadas por la cantidad de horas de pr\u00e1ctica.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Su dedicaci\u00f3n y su capacidad de foco eran tan grandes como su talento. Si hoy en vez de ir a yoga decides tomar unas ca\u00f1as y ma\u00f1ana tambi\u00e9n&#8230; bueno ya me entiendes&#8230;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ahora, \u00bfc\u00f3mo podemos anclar los nuevos h\u00e1bitos? \u00bfC\u00f3mo hacer que permanezcan en nuestra vida?\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te dejo unos peque\u00f1os trucos que utilizo y que me funcionan:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Elige un n\u00famero de h\u00e1bitos que sea real.<\/strong> Esta claro que si te propones 10 cosas nuevas a la vez lo m\u00e1s probable es que no vas a poder con ninguna. Aqu\u00ed te cuento sobre mi <a href=\"https:\/\/yuliayogi.com\/en\/ayuno-ekadashi\/\">ayuno o ekadashi<\/a>, uno de mis h\u00e1bitos principales.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Tiene que ser medible<\/strong>. \u00bfC\u00f3mo sabr\u00e1s que hoy has cumplido con lo que te has propuesto? Otra vez, empieza por algo peque\u00f1o (en vez de proponerte 2 horas de pr\u00e1ctica diaria y frustrarte por no haber cumplido el objetivo, no ser\u00e1 mejor empezar con 5 <a href=\"https:\/\/yuliayogi.com\/en\/saludo-al-sol\/\">saludos al Sol<\/a>?) \ud83e\udd14 A pesar de que no se me ocurren otros ejemplos que no sean relacionados con \u00e9l yoga, \ud83e\udd23 est\u00e1 claro que lo puedes aplicar a cualquier \u00e1mbito de tu vida.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Es realmente \u00fatil llevar el registro de tus h\u00e1bitos<\/strong> para poder ver si de verdad est\u00e1s cumpliendo con ellos. Para esto necesitar\u00e1s un Habit Tracker o lo que es lo mismo una hoja de seguimiento de h\u00e1bitos y si es bonito mejor que mejor \ud83d\ude09<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Los h\u00e1bitos que me ayudan a mantener una vida plena son: <a href=\"https:\/\/yuliayogi.com\/en\/clases-yoga-barcelona\/\">la pr\u00e1ctica de yoga<\/a>, meditaci\u00f3n y una dieta saludable.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 h\u00e1bitos forman parte de tu d\u00eda a d\u00eda? \u00bfY cu\u00e1les te gustar\u00eda adoptar en un futuro?\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pd.
