{"id":740,"date":"2019-09-17T10:32:06","date_gmt":"2019-09-17T10:32:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/yuliayogi.com\/?p=740"},"modified":"2024-01-12T14:24:57","modified_gmt":"2024-01-12T13:24:57","slug":"saludo-al-sol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yuliayogi.com\/en\/saludo-al-sol\/","title":{"rendered":"Sun Salutation"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"740\" class=\"elementor elementor-740\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-121cb462 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"121cb462\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-5fe350d9\" data-id=\"5fe350d9\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3609e2d2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3609e2d2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div dir=\"auto\"><h2 dir=\"auto\">C\u00f3mo hacer correctamente el Saludo al Sol<\/h2><\/div><div dir=\"auto\">Si quieres tener una <a href=\"https:\/\/yuliayogi.com\/en\/clases-yoga-barcelona\/\">pr\u00e1ctica personal<\/a> diaria pero no sabes por donde empezar te recomiendo <strong>el Saludo al Sol<\/strong> ya que es de por s\u00ed una serie de asanas muy completa.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">Adem\u00e1s, pues acompa\u00f1arla con otro tipo de pr\u00e1cticas personales diarias como <a href=\"https:\/\/yuliayogi.com\/en\/ayuno-ekadashi\/\">el ayuno o ekadashi<\/a> o la <a href=\"https:\/\/yuliayogi.com\/en\/ayurveda-manana\/\">ayurveda<\/a>, te dejo los art\u00edculos sobre mi experiencia.\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">Ahora veamos la descripci\u00f3n de la secuencia del Saludo al Sol haciendo hincapi\u00e9 en los errores m\u00e1s t\u00edpicos que se suelen cometer.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">&#8211; <strong>Empieza en Tadasana<\/strong> (postura de la monta\u00f1a) aprovecha aqu\u00ed para realmente activar todo el cuerpo desde las plantas de los pies, las piernas, el abdomen; dirige el coxis en direcci\u00f3n al suelo, lleva los hombros atr\u00e1s y abajo, crece a trav\u00e9s de la coronilla<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">&#8211; <strong>Urdhva Hastasana<\/strong> &#8211; al inhalar eleva los brazos arriba, alarga en los costados<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">&#8211; <strong>Uttanasana<\/strong> &#8211; al exhalar pli\u00e9gate hacia delante desde las caderas<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">&#8211; <strong>Ardha Uttanasana<\/strong> &#8211; al inhalar alarga hacia delante medio camino buscando una columna recta (si hace falta apoya las manos en las espinillas e incluso dobla las rodillas)<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">&#8211; Da dos pasos hacia atr\u00e1s <strong>Plano Inclinado<\/strong> &#8211; busca una l\u00ednea recta desde los talones pasando por las caderas hasta la coronilla<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">&#8211; <strong>Ashtangasana<\/strong> &#8211; al exhalar baja primero las rodillas, luego pecho entre las mano pegando los codos a los costados y manteniendo los hombros lejos de las orejas y por \u00faltimo la barbilla al suelo<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">&#8211; <strong>Bhujangasana<\/strong> (cobra) &#8211; al inhalar empuja el suelo con las manos y los empeines sube el pecho; mant\u00e9n los hombros relajados<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/yuliayogi.com\/en\/postura-del-perro-boca-abajo-o-adho-mukha-svanasana\/\"><strong>Adho mukha svanasana<\/strong><\/a> (perro boca abajo) &#8211; una vez en la postura comprueba que las manos est\u00e1n activos, rota los hombros externamente, relaja el cuello, alarga la columna proyectando las caderas arriba y atr\u00e1s. Dobla las rodillas todo lo que haga falta para mantener la espalda recta. Toma cinco respiraciones profundas aqu\u00ed<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">&#8211; <strong>Ardha Uttanasana<\/strong> &#8211; desde el perro boca abajo, dobla las rodillas, mira entre las manos, da dos pasos hacia delante y en la misma inhalaci\u00f3n alarga hacia delante medio camino<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">&#8211; <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yogateca.com\/postura\/uttanasana-pinza-de-pie\/\">Uttanasana<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; pli\u00e9gate al exhalar<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">&#8211; <strong>Urdhva Hastasana<\/strong> &#8211; al inhalar sube con espalda recta<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">&#8211; <strong>Samasthiti<\/strong> &#8211; al exhalar lleva las manos al centro del pecho<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\"><a href=\"https:\/\/yuliayogi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/45f1a681-7c64-4eb9-ac52-907335895950.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-743\" src=\"https:\/\/yuliayogi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/45f1a681-7c64-4eb9-ac52-907335895950.jpg\" alt=\"Saludo al sol.
