La palabra s\u00e1nscrita \u201cBandha\u201d significa literalmente \u201ccierre\u201d y se refiere a los cierres energ\u00e9ticos, a nivel del cuerpo sutil; o bien contracciones intencionadas de m\u00fasculos a nivel del cuerpo f\u00edsico, que nos permiten dirigir prana (energ\u00eda vital) de manera consciente a trav\u00e9s del canal de energ\u00eda central que corre a lo largo de la columna vertebral, llamado sushumna nadi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La activaci\u00f3n de los Bandhas durante la pr\u00e1ctica de Asana aporta fuerza, estabilidad y <a href=\"https:\/\/yuliayogi.com\/en\/ayuno-ekadashi\/\">ligereza al cuerpo f\u00edsico<\/a>, incrementa la concentraci\u00f3n mental y ayuda a disolver los bloqueos emocionales equilibrando cuerpo, mente y esp\u00edritu.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beneficios de los Bandhas<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aqu\u00ed van algunos de los beneficios que se producen a nivel f\u00edsico al activar los Bandhas:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Efecto directo en el sistema endocrino\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ralentiza la respiraci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Induce la <a href=\"https:\/\/yuliayogi.com\/en\/mejora-atencion\/\">calma y relajaci\u00f3n<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Regula la tensi\u00f3n y el ritmo card\u00edaco\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Masajea y tonifica el sistema digestivo<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Estimula el aparato urogenital\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>Los Bandhas principales<\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A continuaci\u00f3n los principales Bandhas:<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mula Bandha<\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es una contracci\u00f3n muy sutil del suelo p\u00e9lvico que tiene como objetivo invertir los vientos ascendentes de prana. Protege los \u00f3rganos internos, y proporciona estabilidad para conseguir una base de apoyo firme.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uddiyana Bandha<\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consiste en el control abdominal en la parte del bajo vientre, despu\u00e9s de cada exhalaci\u00f3n cuando el m\u00fasculo del diafragma se eleva. Es recomendable activarlo junto con Mula Bandha ya que ambos\u00a0 proporcionan ligereza y fuerza al cuerpo durante la pr\u00e1ctica.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jalandhara Bandha<\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este Bandha se activa espont\u00e1neamente en algunas <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/List_of_asanas\">asanas<\/a> y se realiza llevando la barbilla hacia el espacio entre las clav\u00edculas. Este cierre evita que la energ\u00eda se escape.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maha Bandha<\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La aplicaci\u00f3n de estos tres bandas simult\u00e1neamente se llama Maha Bandha.\u00a0 Para poder practicarlo primero debes dominar cada uno de los bandas anteriores por separado.
