This Retreat includes
Modernist house in a bucolic setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, infinity pool to come back refreshed on Monday.
- A stay of 3 days 2 nights in a very cozy house with infinity pool

- 4 yoga classes in workshop format

Transportation to the farm is not included.
The house is very small, so this retreat has very few places, so don't miss out on yours.
The house
The house has a lot of history and personality. It is located in a very charming property, in the middle of nature, with extraordinary views. It is a modernist style building built in 1913, completely refurbished two years ago and styled with great attention to detail.
It has a bright, spacious and simply beautiful yoga room. An infinity pool to inaugurate the season and enjoy the unforgettable sunsets.
The rooms
Each room has its own bathroom and is tastefully decorated.
The food
We will have a chef who will cook for us all four days, a delicious and nutritious meal that will be a perfect complement to the practices we will do.
We will serve brunch, snacks and dinner.

Frequently Asked Questions:
How do I get there if I don't have a car?
A few weeks before the Retreat I will make a whatsapp chat so that all participants can organize themselves in small groups to share transportation to the Casa. Don't worry at all, I will help you with everything you need in terms of logistics.
Can I come if I am a beginner?
The retreats are usually mixed level. But I assure you that in my retreats the more advanced practitioners coexist with the beginners in the most natural way. And everyone learns something new. And this is not just me, but the people who attended the retreats. past retirements!
Can I go if I have no one to share a room with? Can I go alone?
Yes, yes and once again yes. This is one of the most frequent questions I get and I understand that if you don't know anyone, it can be a little bit of a shock. But if there is one thing that characterizes my retreats, it is the good vibes and the friendliness of the people. If you come alone I will find you a very nice roommate, with whom you will get along very well. On the other hand, there is the possibility of having a double room for single use, that is to say, for you alone. Contact me for availability and prices.
What is included?
Everything. Absolutely everything, except transportation. That is, accommodation, food, all the internships, extra activities and a welcome pack gift.
What type of food is it?
The food is vegetarian. Some dishes have cheese and/or eggs, but there is plenty of variety and abundance. The menu is specially designed to accompany the practices that we are going to do, they are nutritious but not heavy at all. Apart from brunch & dinner we will serve a snack and you will have at your disposal a self-service corner with coffee, tea, fresh fruit and nuts throughout the day. If you have any allergy and/or intolerance please let me know a few weeks before the retreat and we will take it into account.
What time it starts and what time it ends.
Retreats usually begin around 5 - 6 pm on Friday and end on Sunday after lunch.
